Yum! I recently discovered Arizmendi's Kookie Brittle. It is so addictive. Now aside from the pizza, there's another great reason to visit the Bakery. It was a cookie that had the crunch of (you guessed it) brittle. It's the first time I came across something like this. Is it pretty common? Does anyone have a great recipe for cookie brittle that they are willing to share? Or even more awesome, if you have something that is similar to Arizmendi's?
