I'm looking for a new non stick saute pan. My current one lasted about 6 months and the surface has a brownish colour and food sticks to it. It was a KitchenAid pan that was fairly cheap, but had riveted handles, oven safe for 350 degrees and the coating looked thick, so I thought it would be good.
I don't know if any of the expensive non stick pans last much longer. But I was looking at two alternatives
First one is anodized aluminum by Starfit:
Second one is ceramic coated by Heritage:
Has anyone ever tried these technologies? How well do they "not stick." What about the products/brands mentioned above? Are they any good? Cast iron is not an option for me as it is too heavy for my taste.
