This is the first time I'm eating Cambodian food. Sorry for the last minute post. I read all the reviews, but it just occurred to me that I could ask fellow chowhounds about what to order.
I'm the host, so I'd like suggestions on how to put together the dinner. One in the party doesn't eat pork. Quite a few of the guests are Guatamalan and like food that has some spice in it.
Any special dining etiquette for eating Cambodian food?
