Angelino's Pizza New Lenox

Mugs | Mar 1, 2003 08:09 PM

We got pizza from Angelino's tonight, as we have done for ten years, sometimes on the way to the Tweeter Center. Angelino's ignored the stuffed/deep dish bandwagon and serves consistently good 1950s pizza with chewy medium crust, sausage containing fennel, and actual flavor in the sauce-cheese nexus. Family-run, carry-out only, and located near the rear of a strip mall on US 30 less than a mile east of New Lenox's main intersection, 30 and Cedar. From Int. 80, get off the US 30/Maple St. exit and go east (toward New Lenox, not Joliet) on 30.
