Has anyone made this yet? I was thinking of doing it for Boxing Day & wondered if there were any tips from anyone who had made it as I wont be having a trial run. Also I wanted to freeze it as I will be up to my eyeballs in food, cooking & booze over crimbo & didnt want to make my life any harder than it usually is with my mince pies & sausage rolls t make on xmas eve & ham to cook & glaze as usual, crimbo dinner & all the inlaws to entertain boxing day in a rather hungover, bloated state! SO, how long should I freeze it for (was only aiming for a couple of weeks at the most |& would cook it first, obviously), thats if it can be frozen!!!
