Anaheim / Garden Grove - beyond Thai Nakorn

It's time for my annual visit to the Anaheim Convention Center. Last year the chowhounds steered me to Thai Nakorn in Garden Grove, and I can't wait to get back. We have good Thai in Silicon Valley, but Thai Nakorn is in a whole different league. Any particular favorites to share beyond their starred "greatest hits" on the menu? We're staying really close by this time.

What are some other great places to go? Korean and Vietnamese look like particularly good bets in the area. I've already noted Brodard and its Num nuong cuon! But in my searching I didn't see specific Korean suggestions in the Garden Grove area. Favorite dishes and restaurants (or pointers to past threads I missed) would be most appreciated. I've also had good luck at Yen Ching in Orange, but it's been a couple of years since we last went there. Is it still good, or are there better places to try?

Catal and Mr. Stox have always been favorites for the higher end, so I think I'm OK there. The show's exhausting enough that less expensive places tend to work better most nights.

Thanks,
Michael
