Tried Craige Street Bistrot last night. Alison gave it three stars.
Mussels - soft, very little flavor, broth non-descript
Pheasant - tasted just like turkey. What is the point?
Turbot - not bad, not particularly fresh. Generally undistinguished.
Crisp - would be good if someone made this at home.
Chocolate mousse desert - see Crisp
Ice creams with Crisp and Mousse - too hard, very amateurish.
Alison should try being a little more critical and both patrons and restaurant owners and staff would ultimately benefit.
