As promised I'm reporting back on the results of the FG Dinner last Mon.
The Menu consisted of the following:
Summer Arugula Salad w/Cured FG and Dates
Seared FG W/ Caramelized Mango and 5 spice reduction
Braised Ox Tail w/ FG in a tortellini
Grilled Veal Tenderloin w/ Fondant Potatoes and FG butter emulsion
Grand Marnier Souffle w/ warm ganache
Everything was fantastic.
