The fish vendor -- Pucci Family Fishmarket -- hasn't completed the space yet, but until they do they've set up a small temporary counter that's open from 9-3 Saturday and Sunday.
I don't know much about fish, but it appeared to me that the selection -- although small -- was high quality. I've been having tuna cravings recently, so I bought a piece of "sushi grade" ahi. I brought it home, diced it, tossed it with a little soy sauce, olive oil and french sea salt and it was delicious -- it had a faint but distinct smell of tuna but was not at all fishy.
The guy I talked to told me once they're in their permanent space they're going to sell cooked food (chowder, fish and chips, etc.) as well as raw fish, and that health department being involved in the permit processes is what's delayed completion of construction. He projects they'll be opening some time in April.
