Could the administrators please encourage posters to be more direct?

I humbly request all or any posters to add either an exclamation mark (!) at the end of their "Title Line" (...when it is a 'Statement' they are interested in posting! Or, respectively, a question mark (?), when the post is a 'Question'.
Not everyone's body of post/message is always wanted to be read, if so identified.
Example:
Title Line: Restaurant in Waltham (note: no ! or ?)

How do I know if the poster is looking for a place, or wants to comment about a place.

If they were 'looking', I might have an answer.

If they were 'commenting' I might not be interested to "open" the post.
I have been a poster at the old board since at least 2000, and requested this more then once.
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Peter
