My favorite restaurant in New England is Hugo's. I find Chef Evan's food clever, inventive, and delicious, and normally when my wife and I dine there, we go with the six or eight course blind tasting menus. Generally there is 2-3 seafood offerings, followed by 1-2 meat/poultry courses, and a dessert course. Though each course is small, the six courses together are plenty of food (I've never left there hungry and I'm a big guy!).
As a winter special Hugo's is offering this 6 course blind tasting for $45 (normally $90). This is a phenomenal deal, and urge anyone who hasn't tried Hugo's to take advantage of this deal. The deal is valid Tuesdays- Saturdays, with the exception of Valentine's Day.
