I like the posts on this board which are short and to the point. So for all of you contemplating a meal at 310- dont waste any effort. Just dont do it.
While the apps were fine, when my Rib Eye and Prawn (note singular) was presented to me I had a flash back to a steak that appeared on my plate on an IHOP steak and eggs breakfast platter. I have never seen a sorrier looking Rib Eye in my life served up with a $32 price tag. It was grey and lifeless with cross hashing that my 10 year old could make in her easy bake oven. Cutting into a medium rare steak, no matter what quality, should elicit even the slightest amount of jus. Instead inside it was red and dry. Even when I have had Blue steaks they are still juicy, yet this poor bovine must have been visited by dracula and then laid out in the valley sun to desicate.
The prawn that sat next to the "steak" showed signs of being freezer burned and the flesh had the texture and taste of mashed potatoes spiked with ammonia. A restaurant should be shuttered just for serving ammoniated seafood. It is so easy to check and the mere fact that they would try and present it to a patron shows that 310 knows that it is on its last gasping breaths.
