My wife and I are 29 yrs. old from New York. We are foodies who will be in Vegas for three nights after spending four nights in SF/Napa. We are staying at the Palazzo, and it is my wife's first time in Vegas. We have all the celeb chefs in New York, and we want to narrow our experiences to the best food. So far, we've heard that Lotus of Siam and Raku are must experiences even though they are off the Strip. Agree/disagree? First, has anyone been to Lotus of Siam for lunch and had the buffet? Second, does anyone have a preference between SW, Stripsteak, and CUT? Third, has anyone been to Barlotta Restorante in the Wynn?
