2 Dim Sum desserts and where to find them

Does anyone know the Chinese / Cantonese name of these 2 dim sum desserts?

1. Baked tapioca pudding with lotus seed paste (golden yellow tapioca pudding baked in a bowl with lotus seed paste inside)

2. Coconut milk jello (little blocks of light as air pure white jello that taste like coconut)

AND do you know of a place in Toronto, Markham, or Scarborough that offers these desserts at dim sum?

My long standing favourite place for dim sum has been Ambassador on Hwy 7 & West Beaver Creek... even though I live downtown I consider it worth the drive... it is the only place that comes close to my memories of dim sum from Vancouver. However, I do not think Ambassador offers these 2 desserts.

I am planning a dim sum lunch with friends and the tapioca pudding is my husband's favourite, and the coconut milk jello is my favourite - I find it so light, refreshing and cleansing - I love the texture and of course find it so tasty! If there was a place that offered these desserts I would be willing to try a new place for a change.

Any suggestions?
