We've been on a home cooking kick, but we usually slant more towards asian family style meals, ie 1 proten, 1 veggie and 1 soup, which can be time consuming. This week, I took a brisket, laid it on top of a bed of onions, carrots and celery, added chicken stock and roasted for 3 hours. I took the juices and turned it into gravy. My family loved the meal and it was so easy. What other almost no prep, just stick in the oven and bake type meals do others do?
