I am on the Silver Lake/Echo Park side of town...
I'd like to try making short ribs for the first time this weekend from a recipe I have. Can I ask for these from the butcher at a regular grocery store? Do I have to go to a butcher? Also, I'd like to make the boneless ones, I know there are different names for the cuts.
Where can I buy them and how do I ask them to be cut?
