Taking the plunge and trying the Whole30 diet for a month? You'll need help with what to buy and cook. We've got you. In case you haven't heard: Whole30 is a monthlong clean-eating program of whole foods including grassfed, organic, pasture-raised, wild-caught meats, seafood, poultry, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and healthy fats from oils, nuts, and seeds. The no-no's are pretty harsh: No dairy, grains, added sugar, or legumes. That's a lot of restrictions, but this program isn't meant to last longer than a month. It's supposed to reset your body to eliminate unhealthy cravings, discover allergies, and set you on a path of healthier eating in general afterward.
