The New Thin-Crust Champ

TomSwift’s go-to pizza used to be D’Amore’s, but no more, he says. Brooklyn Pizzeria blows D’Amore’s out of the water.

His pizza was perfect. “The crust had a wonderful char and was slightly irregularly shaped, not cookie-cutter round. The sausage was crumbled and deliciously spiced. The garlic was toothsome and had acquired a slight char.” It comes out with hot, molten cheese, and it smells insane. “Mrs. Swift remarked that it reminded her of the pies we have eaten in Italy.”
