Sukarak, a lunch counter in the heart of Korean Flushing, stuffs bulgogi into a hero with lettuce and a squirt of orange processed-cheese product. The result, says E Eto, hit the spot: The sweet/savory beef, crisp lettuce, and creamy cheese and mayo add up to "a nice souped-up version of the cheese steak."
