Make Thanksgiving Meatier Than Ever

What’s the big problem with Thanksgiving? If you immediately replied: “Not enough meat,” Endless Simmer has heard your psychic plea and answered it with a detailed post titled “A Meat Lover’s Thanksgiving.”

Included in the mix: a stuffed deboned turkey (packed with ham, pork, veal, tongue, truffles, nuts, and eggs), Spam stuffing, sausage-laden green bean casserole, bacon mashed potatoes (that’s hardly meat at all!), and, perhaps most creatively, lard bread.
