The refreshing Fruit Cup Rangoon, Little Branch’s version of the Pimm’s Cup, is served with a metal spoon-straw for scooping up fresh blackberries and thin slices of cucumber, and is cooled with a large rectangular ice cube. Oversize ice cubes are a signature ingredient at all of owner Sasha Petraske’s establishments: Bartenders chisel them off blocks as needed so that they fit snugly into glasses. The larger the cube, the slower it melts, which helps avoid a watered-down drink. Note that Little Branch accepts cash only.
