A Bouquet of Uses for Rose and Orange Flower Waters

Rose water and orange flower water are highly aromatic distillates of rose petals and Seville orange blossoms. Used judiciously, they add depth and a bit of mystery to fruit salads, baked goods, nonalcoholic drinks, and both contemporary cocktails and classics like the Ramos Gin Fizz (pictured).
